General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be used once.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x).
• Winnings from bonus balance are converted to real balance once the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• In most cases, bonuses cannot be combined — only one bonus may be active at a time.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension:

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 7kabet reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of a cancelled or suspended event, bets will be settled in accordance with 7kabet's own policy.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by the game and the member's VIP level.

Cricket Betting

• A bet may be cancelled before the match begins if event-related changes occur.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If a match is abandoned before 50% of the scheduled overs are completed, all bets on that match will be voided.

Games (Slots, Casino, Crash)

• All games use third-party certified RNG technology, ensuring results are entirely random and never predetermined.
• If your connection drops during a game session, the game state is saved and you can resume right where you left off.
• If you encounter a bug or error in any game, please contact support immediately. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a bug will be considered invalid.
